The T-4 is a subsonic jet developed in Japan by Kawasaki H.I.

The first flight was on July 29, 1985.In the Air Self-Defense Force, it is used as a secondary training aircraft for pilots who have completed primary training with propeller aircraft to continue training.Operation began on July 28, 1988.Japan's purely domestic jet trainer, including the engine, is the second after the T-1B.One of my favorite aircraft.

My home is near the Air Self-Defense Force Gifu base, so I often see the T-4 flying.

In addition to being called "Tee-yon" or "Tee-four", it is not an official nickname, but it is called "Dolphin" (Iruka) because it is smaller and more rounded than other aircraft.
